Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful grounds with trees and wildlife. Convenient location for families, schools, backpackers, and those in need. Comfortable beds, though could use a curtain for more privacy. a pleasant and helpful experience.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. the location was great as it is situated in a lovely suburb, giving it a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. From the cleaners to the receptionists, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The general manager went out of their way to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied during their stay. Lastly, the room amenities were impressive. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even during the hot summer days. The free Wi-Fi was a great addition and made it easy to stay connected.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The evening staff at Via Lewisham were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a late night coffee. The grounds of the hostel were beautiful and there were plenty of charging points in the room. The presence of books for reading was a nice touch.
